PitchPulse ("we", "us", "our") is a football prediction and analytics platform operated as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using our platform at www.pitchpulseai.com or any associated domain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

To use PitchPulse you must:

• ›Be at least 18 years of age
• ›Be legally permitted to access sports prediction platforms in your jurisdiction
• ›Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• ›Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where access to such services is prohibited

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

Access to PitchPulse's full feature set requires a paid monthly subscription.

• ›Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled
• ›You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the customer portal
• ›Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until that date
• ›We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time within a billing period
• ›We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

Free-tier features (if available) may be accessed without a subscription, subject to rate limits and feature restrictions at our discretion.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

• ›We do not store your full card number or CVV on our servers
• ›By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
• ›Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your access until resolved
• ›All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes

When using PitchPulse, you agree not to:

• ›Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our predictions, content, or data without written permission
• ›Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools
• ›Share your account credentials or allow others to access your subscription
• ›Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• ›Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our prediction algorithms or source code
• ›Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks
• ›Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• ›Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements or access limits

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content on PitchPulse — including but not limited to the prediction engine, algorithms, edge scores, probability models, UI design, graphics, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of PitchPulse or its licensors.

• ›You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes while your subscription is active
• ›This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its content
• ›You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ›PitchPulse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• ›We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate or meet your expectations
• ›We accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• ›We accept no liability whatsoever for any financial losses resulting from betting or gambling decisions made based on our content
• ›Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the 30 days preceding the claim

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time:

• ›By you: Cancel your subscription via your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• ›By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
• ›Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We have no obligation to retain your data beyond our standard retention periods.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of PitchPulse shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are accessing the platform from outside the UK, you remain responsible for compliance with local laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the platform before the changes take effect.
